There is still a long road ahead, with things like fonts and general styling and indeed colours of the brand. This is one initial logo (of several) which keeps things relevant, classy, stylish, but more importantly incorporates a good flow, the letter “f” (which will become important in the future, three “f” elements which represents the members, as well as a single elegant line flowing through, making a unity and completing the stroke to the f.
