This was a project I've undertaken for fun. The Duo has no official logo, so I used the opportunity to create something, simple, meaningful but with a modern side.
In the first iteration DUO is represented by the II (roman numerals), which I've also turned into something representing their part in the duo. The neck of a violin and the keys of a Harpsichord.
Taking it further, filling the space with the same logos, giving a completeness to the image but still with two distinct parts. The style of font (Didot) keeps the logo grounded in the style of music they play.
